Sarah Purdy, PA-C
Founder
Sarah is a board-certified Physician Assistant and the founder of Today Telemedicine, with more than a decade of experience caring for patients in psychiatry, behavioral health, primary care, and telemedicine.
As a mother of two, Sarah has a special passion for women’s mental health and the emotional well-being of moms. She understands how easy it can be for women to spend so much time caring for their families, careers, and everyone around them that their own mental health gets pushed to the bottom of the list.
Sarah created Today Telemedicine to offer women a place where seeking help feels comfortable, convenient, and genuinely supportive. She is especially passionate about helping women through anxiety, depression, pregnancy and postpartum changes, the demands of motherhood, relationship and work stress, and the many transitions that come with different seasons of a woman’s life.
Her approach is warm, practical, and judgment-free. Sarah wants every woman who comes to Today Telemedicine to feel heard as a whole person—not rushed, dismissed, or reduced to a diagnosis.
For Sarah, women’s mental health is more than an area of practice. It is the heart behind Today Telemedicine and its mission to make compassionate mental health care easier for women and mothers to access when they need it most.
