What is ADHD?

Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, or ADHD, is a condition that can affect attention, focus, organization, impulsivity, and activity level. Symptoms can look different from person to person and may affect work, school, daily routines, and overall functioning.

At Today Telemedicine, we evaluate ADHD symptoms and offer support through a structured telemedicine process that may include history review, symptom assessment, and QbCheck when clinically appropriate.

ADHD Evaluation and Non-Stimulant Treatment Options

We offer ADHD evaluations through a structured telemedicine process that may include history review, symptom assessment, and QbCheck when clinically appropriate.

Our ADHD program focuses on evaluation, education, and non-stimulant treatment options only. We do not prescribe stimulant medications, including Adderall, Vyvanse, Concerta, Ritalin, or similar controlled ADHD medications.

When medication is appropriate, treatment recommendations may include FDA-approved non-stimulant options such as atomoxetine, guanfacine, clonidine, and viloxazine. These recommendations are based on each patient’s symptoms, history, and clinical needs.

QbCheck

  • Remote ADHD testing that can be completed when recommended by your provider
  • Provides additional objective data to support the evaluation process
  • Helps assess attention and activity-related patterns
  • Can be used as part of diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Convenient telemedicine-friendly option

FDA-Approved Non-Stimulant Medication Options

  • Atomoxetine
  • Guanfacine
  • Clonidine
  • Viloxazine
  • Treatment recommendations are based on each patient’s symptoms, history, and clinical needs

Please note: this program is limited to non-stimulant ADHD treatment options only. Stimulant medications such as Adderall, Vyvanse, Concerta, and Ritalin are not prescribed through this program.

How Our ADHD Program Can Help

Our program is designed to help patients better understand ADHD symptoms and explore appropriate next steps for care.

This may include support with:

  • Attention and focus difficulties

  • Disorganization and trouble following through

  • Restlessness or impulsivity

  • Feeling overwhelmed by daily responsibilities

Because ADHD symptoms can sometimes overlap with or exist alongside concerns such as anxiety, depression, sleep issues, or stress, our evaluation process considers the full picture when making treatment recommendations.

ADD

How the Program Works

A simple telemedicine process from evaluation to follow-up.

1. Initial Evaluation. Start with an online appointment to review symptoms, history, and clinical concerns.

2. Assessment and Treatment Planning. When appropriate, QbCheck may be used as part of the evaluation. If treatment is recommended, we focus on non-stimulant options only.

3. Follow-Up Care. Continue with telemedicine follow-up visits for monitoring, support, and treatment adjustments as clinically appropriate.

Please note: this program does not prescribe stimulant medications, including Adderall, Vyvanse, Concerta, or Ritalin. When clinically appropriate, treatment recommendations may include FDA-approved non-stimulant options such as atomoxetine, guanfacine, clonidine, or viloxazine.
